ACE Design and Supply the Deminerelized Water Plant System for Open Cycle Gas Turbine Generating Station - Stage 1A at Jurong Island for Jurong Engineering Limited.

ACE completed the design, supply, fabrication, assembly, and commissioning of the ‘VSP UF Retrofit’ at PUB VSP Facility.

ACE completed the Design, supply, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 40 m³/day MBR-based Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) including all mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Ace completed the Design, supply, upgrading, testing, and commissioning of the Water Treatment Plant, including new filtration and purification systems, to achieve drinking water quality compliant with Environmental Public Health (EPH) requirements and PUB standards, supported by endorsement and test reports.

ACE completed Design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning for Wastewater Recycle Plant, including UF Membrane systems, Tanks, Pumps, Chemical Dosing, CIP, Dewatering, Electrical and Control systems, Piping tie-ins to existing wastewater lines, associated civil and structural works, and provision of chemicals, spares, consumables, and manpower for successful plant commissioning.

This is our great achievement in terms of RO & UF filtration technology. The process design, build and construction were done by ACE and Our expert maintenance crew had been served well for maintenance and operation parts in the past 2 years after the construction works.

We have built complete sewage treatment plants utilizing conventional activated sludge process, and membrane bioreactors (MBR) in case higher quality effluent is desired for reuse.
