Design, Supply, Assembly, Installation, T & C for Wastewater Recycle Plant

Scope of Works:

• Design, engineering, procurement, supply, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of the Wastewater Recycle Plant Including:
• Wastewater recycle plant package with skid-mounted systems.
• Piping tie-ins to ST Micro Backgrind Wastewater system.
• UF feed tanks, pumps, auto self-cleaning screen filter, and Nanostone ceramic UF membrane system.
• UF skids with all process piping, valves, instrumentation, and controls.
• Installation of existing UF filtrate/backwash tank.
• Static mixer with chemical dosing at UF backwash pump discharge.
• CIP system, product water system, wastewater sump, and dewatering system.
• Electrical power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Civil and structural works including foundations, plinths, drain sumps, and bund walls.
• Testing, commissioning, chemicals, initial spares, consumables, and required manpower.
