  • Assist Department head with business development activities planning & execution
  • Promote company service and products
  • Explore new market and build up good rapport with potential clients
  • Assist quotation preparation and compilation of technical materials, brochures for tender preparation
  • Follow up with clients via emails, calls and regular visits
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales report

Requirements

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (General) Responsibilities
  • Responsible for electrical and instrument preliminary and detailed design, costing, procurement and execution for company's proposals and projects
  • Front end engineering design and detailed engineering design work of electrical (load calculation, SLD design, cable scheduling, cable routing), drawings and relevant documents for submission
  • Work out the BOM, Schedule and follow up with Procurement for timely delivery
  • Work with inter departments, customers, and vendors to deliver the best technical solution for the electrical works
  • Support project implementation by attending site on a daily or regular basis to facilitate the flow of and resolution of field issues
  • To lead testing and commissioning of electrical systems
  • To monitor and update project schedule
  • To manage and supervise the clearance of punch list to ensure timely project completion
  • To prepare document for submission and handover to clients
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
  • Min 4 years of working experience in related field
  • Preferably possess water treatment plant process knowledge or experience
  • Able to work independently and a team player

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payables, receivables, general ledger for month-end closing
  • Prepare records of accounting transactions and monthly reconciliation such as inter-company billing, month-end journals, bank items reconciliation, clearance of reconciling items etc.
  • Assist to manage the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the company
  • Ensure prompt billings and collections for service rendered and project completed
  • Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns
  • Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly accounts
  • Prepare required schedules or reports for yearly audit and tax purpose
  • Coordinate and follow up with clients on the claims submitted till receipt of payment
  • Liaise with suppliers on the payment scheduled or transferred
  • Other ad-hoc work as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in accounting
  • Meticulous, Organized and Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Mature and able to work independently
  • Experience with MYOB will be an advantage
BIM ENGINEER Responsibilities
  • Produce 3D Revit detailed piping arrangement for water treatment plant, including generating piping isometric drawing, piping support drawing and BOM (bill-of-materials).
  • Able to produce Piping Family in Revit according to approved catalogue
  • Possess knowledge of piping sizing, pump sizing, fittings and etc.
  • Conduct inspection on current BIM model and ensure no clashing of system.
  • Produce GA, Section View and Piping isometric drawings.
  • Prepare and update as-built drawings.
  • Provide support to Sales Team for tender and proposal preparation
  • Other ad-hoc assignments as and when instructed.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree holders in Mechanical /Civil Engineering or other Engineering
  • Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD and Isometric drawings.
  • Preferably 3 years relevant working experience in similar industry
  • Able to work with all levels of workforce

PIPING ENGINEER Responsibilities
  • Design of detailed piping arrangement for water treatment plant and systems, including generate isometric drawing, piping support drawing and BOM (bill-of-materials).
  • Prepare and design equipment layout for complete plant and modular skid, PFD (Process Flow Diagram) and PID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram), and other equipment outline drawings as well as EICA drawings.
  • Co-ordinate and interface with process, instrument, civil and equipment suppliers.
  • Prepare piping specifications, technical specifications, or data sheets for the purchase of piping components.
  • Clarification and evaluation of vendor quotations.
  • Onsite support during project execution stage.
  • Prepare and update as-built drawings.
  • Sizing and selection of equipment, piping, fittings and etc.
  • Other ad-hoc works as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree holders in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
  • Proficient with CADWorx
  • Preferably 3 years relevant working experience in similar industry
  • Able to work with all levels of workforce

SOLAR ENGINEER Responsibilities
  • Manage Solar System design, calculations, installation, testing & commissioning independently
  • Conduct site survey and develop Solar PV Plant conceptual design in compliance with clients technical specs
  • Prepare proposals & ROI and present it to potential clients
  • Conduct feasibility study and simulation to finalize the design
  • Work out BOM and manage procurement of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures etc.
  • To oversee the solar panel installation and provide technical support
  • To conduct testing & commissioning of the Solar PV Plant and monitor the performance
  • Work out O&M Manuals and as-built drawings
  • To guide a team for maintenance, troubleshoot and repair work if needed
  • To attend meetings with clients to address their concerns with solutions and prompt actions
  • Other ad-hoc assignment as and when needed
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Clean Energy Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience with solar projects
  • Good communication, interaction and troubleshooting skills

LEW (LIC ELECTRICAL WORKER) Responsibilities
  • Lead, plan and coordinate electrical activities and ensure full compliance with statutory requirement
  • Guide and manage a team to carry out electrical maintenance works for water and wastewater treatment plants with safety
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair work for electrical system faults and breakdowns
  • Prepare, review and endorse on documents required for electrical works
  • Conduct inspection on quality of service rendered and evaluate team performance for improvement
  • Manage electrical tools and instruments in good working condition
  • Attend meeting with clients to address their concerns with solutions
  • Other ad-hoc assignments as and when needed
Requirements
  • Possess LEW certificate with EMA: Technician or Electrician
  • Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Industry / PUB plants
  • Independent and team player

AUTOMATION ENGINEER Responsibilities
  • Carry out Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (EICA) design for water and wastewater treatment projects.
  • Manage the procurement, costing and delivery of electrical software and hardware required
  • Make automation programming according to clients technical specifications
  • Arrange control panel assembly, testing, and installation at construction site
  • Modification and Integration of new equipment / system with existing automation system
  • Update of SCADA/HMI graphic to reflect new instruments/equipment and mapping these graphics to the corresponding field signals
  • Attend to EICA breakdowns with diagnosis and solutions
  • Attend meetings with subcontractors and clients for technical clarifications and arrangements.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure deliverables are within the schedule.
  • Keep records of EICA design, drawings, and document systematically
  • Provide support and assistance to Sales Department and Maintenance Team
  • Guide and educate junior EICA personnel.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience at membrane base water treatment plant, preferably
  • Proficient with Schneider / Siemens software
  • Well-versed in SCADA and HMI
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Good personality and team spirit
ACMV ENGINEER Responsibilities
  • Manage ACMV System design, calculations, installation, testing & commissioning independantly
  • Manage the design and drawing submission in compliance with the tech specs for approval
  • Manage the project BOM, schedule, budget, resourses planning
  • To liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers for smooth project implementation
  • To lead and conduct FAT and SAT to ensure successful handover to clients
  • To prepare document required for site activities, including method statement, risk assessment, safe work procedure and etc.
  • To manage a team of workers for maintenance, troubleshoot and repair work if needed
  • To attend meetings with clients to address their concerns with solutions and prompt actions
  • To conduct quality and safety inspection at site and propose measures for improvement
  • Other ad-hoc assignment as and when needed
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of ACMV experience
  • Good communication, interaction and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient with AutoCad and MS Office
  • Independant, self-disciplined and team player
  • Safety trained and able to work out Risk Assessment
SITE SUPERVISOR Responsibilities
  • Handle project implementation and coordination at site
  • Manage site operations and guide a team of construction workers
  • Supervise and coordinate with the suppliers / sub-contractors to ensure timely deliverables
  • Assist Project Engineer/Manager with project schedule, progress and safety practice monitoring and ensure compliance
  • Carry out service, maintenance and repair work for equipment used at project site, including overhead crane, gantry crane and hoisting crane.
  • Host daily tool box meeting and convey clear instructions
  • Conduct inspections on work quality & safety and address the problems if any.
  • Other ad-hoc works assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree holders in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering field
  • Preferably 3 years relevant working experience in similar industry

PROJECT ENGINEER Responsibilities
  • To handle water/wastewater projects independently in terms of budget, planning, schedule and deliverables
  • To coordinate with clients, project team, sub-contractors to ensure project implementation smoothly
  • To work closely with Project Manager, BIM Designer for drawing review, update and timely submission for approval.
  • To inspect the site regularly to address the work progress, quality and safety&health practice and other issues.
  • To lead and conduct the testing and commission at site.
  • To manage engineering and project document systematically.
  • To provide technical support and costing for tender preparation.
  • To cooperate with Operation Department on ISO audits.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements

PROJECT MANAGER Responsibilities
  • Ensures overall planning, organization, direction, coordination and control of all operations to meet the project objectives.
  • Plan and prepare all project activities - drawings, schedules, risk assessments, method statements, etc.
  • Monitor progress of each project and resolve any problem that arises, including site issues.
  • Ensures project execution is within the cost, time, quality and technical objectives.
  • Enforce the implementation of operation, quality, safety and environmental policies of the company amongst the projects team.
  • Liaise with colleagues, Consultants, Clients, Suppliers and Sub-Contractors.
  • To provide technical support and costing for tender preparation.
  • To cooperate with Operation Department on ISO audits.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), preferably from a local university
  • Minimum 15 Year(s) of working experience in the management of complex water infrastructure projects of at least S$50mil
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with clients like PUB, NEA, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and colleagues
  • Have strong sense of ownership and responsibility, can manage project safety, schedule, costing efficiently and effectively, ensure on time delivery.
  • Team player with intercultural sensitivity
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Responsibilities
  • To carry out the service, maintenance, and refurbishment work for water /wastewater treatment plants.
  • To carry out troubleshooting and repair job for faulty equipment.
  • To record down service done according to checklist and report to site supervisor.
  • Carry out regular maintenance of service tools and keep good housekeeping.
  • Ensure all service undertaken meet the stipulated/ planned schedule and budget.
  • Other ad-hoc works as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma / ITE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in plant maintenance
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined and team player
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Responsibilities
  • Meet with Clients to understand their requirements and propose maintenance and service accordingly.
  • Prepare, follow up and negotiate with Clients on the proposal / quotation submitted.
  • Schedule and coordinate with Clients on regular maintenance or ad-hoc repair works.
  • Lead & manage a team of Technicians to carry out the service, overhaul, or refurbishment work for water /waste water treatment plants.
  • Prepare and submit service report to Clients and follow up with payment.
  • Provide feedback / suggestion for equipment performance improvement.
  • Manage the site and conduct regular maintenance of service tools, and keep good housekeeping.
  • Conduct tool box meeting, risk assessment and address safety concerns.
  • Ensure all service undertaken meet the stipulated/ planned schedule and budget.
  • Manage, improve, and upgrade the good relationship with new & existing clients.
  • Other ad-hoc works as assigned.
