This is our great achievement in terms of RO & UF filtration technology. The process design, build and construction were done by ACE WATER and Our expert maintenance crew had been served well for maintenance and operation parts in the past 2 years after the construction works.

We have built complete sewage treatment plants utilizing conventional activated sludge process, and membrane bioreactors (MBR) in case higher quality effluent is desired for reuse.

This is another achievement for ACE WATER, where we had been successful within our client satisfaction to providing them a brilliant design, build and construction of the facilities and continue serving the client with our best expertise for the Operation and maintenance part to ensure all the process equipment & system are treated as per standard of the PUB operation.

We are providing our own technical expert and OEM service engineer to perform Operation and maintenance service for entire Thermal Hydrolysis Plant. The service package includes the following equipment such as Pulper, Reactors, Flash tanks, Process Gas Coolers, Process Gas skids and an annual inspection for authorised personnel (PE).
